“Yeah, no. But I do have some money.” Kaden says, digging in his pocket. “We can go to your house, then and buy something to eat.”

Sabina nods slowly. “Now, close your eyes and focus on something you have never told anyone.”

"But I don't know what I have told and haven't." Nadine frowns.

"That works." Zeon puts a hand on his sword and motions for Kaden to follow him. They walk through the forest, the rain still pounding around them. Zeon observes his surrounds, hoping to pick up a noise or a glimpse of something he can use for dinner. Unfortunately, as his town came into view, he was still unable to find anything. Zeon turns to Kaden and gives him an apologetic smile, "We can split the cost of money for food."

Kaden looks at him. The dick thing to do would be to say okay. “Nah, it’s fine. I got it.” He smiles at Zeon. “I have plenty of money, I come from Bleal Cri- woah.” He narrows his eyes. “I just boasted.”

Zeon nods, placing his lips in a thin line, "You sure? And I'm pretty sure that wasn't boasting. How is Bleal Cril? My place should be right there." Zeon extends his arm and points to house made with wood. Zeon scratches his neck, "It's a bit run down."

“Well, it’s much different then this.” Kaden smiles. “This is fine.” He says. “A home is a home, right?” He walks up to the wooden house. “Bleal Cril is...uh.” He thinks for a moment. “Alright.”

Zeon nods, "A home is a home. Do you want to go get food now or go home first?" Zeon pushes his damp, dark brown, looking hair out of his gray eyes. A loud splash of water falls as he shoves his hair backwards. "I feel like we should go find something to make sure we don't get any more wet."

“Sure, if you want. Any place good?” He asks.

Zeon nods, "I know a good place." Zeon uses the back of his hand and wipes away the water, "Let's just go to the place."

Faye finally reaches her quaint cottage and pushes the door open slowly with one hand, using the other one to pull her cap off. She sighs and kicks off her shoes, listening to the door click shut. When she got to the kitchen, she pushed her braids back and washed her hands. She then pulled some ingredients out of the cupboard and lit the stove, preparing to make some fresh, home-made soup.

Kaden nods, somewhat hating how gross he felt as of right now. He steps back and nods to Zeon. “Lead the way.”

Zeon uses one finger, trying to get his shirt to stop sticking to him. Zeon stands and observes the sky for a second and turns to Kaden, "Maybe we should let the rain come to a drizzle before going."

Kaden watches the ground, and looks toward him. “I mean, we could, but we’re already soaked.” He says, his own shirt sticking to his body, which contours all the lines in his torso perfectly.

Zeon nods, "Point taken, but I feel gross."

“So do I, lets hang out inside then.” Kaden nods, looking toward the door.

Zeon nods in agreement and opens the door. Zeon shrugs off his leather jacket. "There should be an extra mattress in one of the closets. I'm going to wash up and get something to change into." Zeon opens a door and enters the bathroom.

“Thanks.” Kaden says, and watches him as he goes to the bathroom. He wants to sit, but he doesnt want to get anything wet. He sighs and removes his shirt, heading over to the sink. He turns on the water and begins to rinse his hair and face, dried blood trickles down into the sink. He frowns as he watches it go down the drain, and he’s still in shock about what has happened. He just knows he never intends on going back to Bleal Cril.

Zeon takes off his shirt and tosses it onto the side. He turns on the faucet and begins to wash his face. He debates whether he should run and get the food while Kaden stays home.

Kaden puts a hand under the faucet, and the water starts to steam as it hits his hand. He frowns. “This is impossible.” He whispers. Turning his hand over so the water hits the back of his palm. It stays under, until eventually the water begins to boil on his bare skin. What’s he doing different?

She shakes her head. “Then your deepest secret, what you believe makes you special, or different from everyone else in this town.” She speaks.

"Oh uhm..." Nadine sighs. "My..ability to transform into a giant hawk?"

Zeon pulls on a fresh gray shirt and a new pair of jeans. He tosses all of his dirty laundry into a basket and leaves the bathroom. "I'll run and go get us some food."

“Mind if I take a shower?” He asks. “Uh, what size pants are you?” He asks, looking down.

Zeon opens a drawer, pulls out a pair of pants, and tosses it to Kaden. "My bad, turn the faucet to the left for hot water. I'm going out to get some food, alright?"
